At noon my gf dropped my truck off at lamberts tire service to have tires installed on my truck. they called me a couple hours later saying all wheel studs on my truck were stripped and gunna cost me an extra $400 ( hmmm thats funny cause they weren’t like that when she dropped it off) and funny cause if the studs were stripped how are the tires not flying off the truck? anyway i called back found out it was apparently 1 wheel with the studs “stripped and would be $80, so i said go ahead and replace them, so at 4pm got off o... read more

I was on my way to work this morning when a problem with my tire left me stranded. There wasn't anyone that I could call for help or to come pick me up and I was already worried about trying to find a substitute teacher that could cover my classes with very little notice. I ended up calling Lambert's at 7am for roadside assistance. I met a young man working at a refinery that is being built here locally at the Circle K around the corner from me. He was from Houston and was stopped in his 2003 Dodge Ram truck. Mine is a 2000. I asked if I could help, being a mechanics kid, with my dad usually available via the phone. I was no help, dad said it was his engine. Great experience! Canceled my order with another company who promised me a tire next day. My car sat on the donut for a week.Thankfully Lamberts was there and got me 4 new tires for a great price. Happy customer!
