0 stars if I could. Is this place a scam? We applied in August and was told of November move in dates, then it was December. We moved elsewhere but is this place even open now? We jumped through hoops to get any information on our application status. Driving many times to Hopewell to try to talk in person since the woman doesn't answer calls or texts. Other reviews mention it can be difficult to get in contact with management and tours can be hard to Schedule I’ve done 2 applications been applied in 2024 no response until October mid November my children and I were very excited up due to being displaced from loosing our home to a fire. I don’t think this is a real apartment complex. There are no floor plans available on their website. The photos of the building are mock-ups, not actual photos. The photos on their website of people/families are all owned by other companies (meaning these photos aren’t their own—which is suspicious). Based on the other reviews of no one being able to contact them and their leasing office not being at the hotel, it all seems suspicious.
I have been contacting this place for months! No response. I inquired about a tour month ago, no response! I contacted the hotel that they were supposed to be taking applications at, they informed me they are no longer there. I also saw in the reviews an email to contact them. I have sent an email about a week ago, no answer. It’s like there is no way to contact them. I am disappointed as I am desperately searching for an apartment.
