I just put an application in 2 weeks ago, it took me maybe a month to get someone so I turned everything in I needed in that one day. I’ve called 2xs since applying and nothing but hopefully I hear back soon. The tour was amazing both times and it seemed quiet everyone I’ve popped up. Looking to move by the beginning of October the latest. Reading these reviews does have me feeling like I just wasted my time but hopefully not ! I will update based off the outcome.
PRETTY SURE THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. Lmao. Like what?? Very responsive? That’s a complete Lie. Easy process? Another lie!! Don’t waste your time. You will not get a response. The application fee is free because they will not process your info. They collect your personal info and disappear. Very scary. I see they reply to reviews with the same phone number and email that no one answers. That number is just a voicemail. No one will call you back. Like ever! You will never get a call back. Applied nearly a month ago. Still no decision. Not sure what’s going on here. The move in date I wanted has come and gone. Places with income restrictions and based off income usually do you like this. They don’t see us as important because we don’t have a lot of money. I’m just going to apply somewhere else. I’ve never had anything like this happen when looking for a place. I feel like they don’t actually want to rent these out.
Kind staff and a gym but those are about the only positives of Lambert Landing. I was literally one of the first residents to move in when the Lambert Landing opened in 2025 and I have had nothing but issues. The online payment system never functioned properly and I had to pay with cashiers checks. I was then giving a notice of failure to pay rent despite never missing a payment and had to provide full records the the office on 3 or 4 separate occasions and it took a year and a half to get balance removed. I would give this complex ZERO stars if I could! I have been calling, calling and calling no answer, or even a call back. When I went to view an apartment the very first time she showed me a two bedroom which says on there sight they have stand up showers, they don’t! At that time they said they didn’t have a 3 bedroom to look at remind you it shows 3 bedroom apartments ready for rent, I said ok left it alone.
