I’ve been trying to get in contact with Jody for months now. I sent her paper work that was requested of me and I’m in a situation where I’m just left waiting with no answers. DO NOT SUBMIT AN APPLICATION OR FEE UNTIL YOU REACH A LIVE PERSON. This is absolutely ridiculous! I kept track of this place as it was built so I could inquire about it. As soon as they had contact information for leasing available, I reached out and provided my email address. Nothing. I called the listed phone number. Nothing. For those of you considering this place as home, but do not know the area, there are a few things you should know. It is very near loads of shopping, literally walking distance, which may seem like a plus, but it's also one of the few apartment complexes around that sits right on Route 10 and just before the entrance and exit to Route 288. Living in Chester and talking to others who live and work here, we were all shocked anyone would build an apartment complex right on the edge of a extremely busy road.
