I’ve been here since October of 2025 & haven’t had a bad experience yet. Ms.A is so sweet & professional. Hallways always smell good and clean in my building. I have nothing bad to say.
I’ve been a resident for approximately 6 months. I do not recommend. The property has become unkept. The elevators and hallways are dirty. Any issues you have with a neighbor will not be resolved. I’ve had issues with a noisy neighbor since August. A resolution hasn’t been made because the regional manager is solely focused on leasing vacant units. I went in, completed an application, and paid the application fee after being told they were actively accepting applications. I drove all the way to Petersburg to one of their sister properties to complete this applications and to make sure everything was done correctly. After that — nothing. I called multiple times to check the status of my application and could never get a clear update. The lack of communication is unbelievable. DO NOT RECOMMEND ALFIE IS SO RUDE ITS RIDICULOUS OVER THE PHONE AND IN PERSON… Stopped by the office and she was walking from one building to the other so i approached and said hey excuse me do you work here she ignored me first the second time i said excuse me ma’am do you work here she said yes and proceeded to keep walking didn’t stop turn around or nothing to see what i needed help with. Alfie Very Rude and Unprofessional….About two months ago, I spoke with Alfie, the Community Manager, who was unfortunately very rude over the phone. At the time, I was only gathering information since I wasn’t planning to move until December. A few weeks ago, I called again and spoke with Shanon, who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I let her know that I would call back soon to schedule a tour.
