Staff was extremely rude and bossy. We came in 15 minutes before close and the cashier named Karen stood there and watching us and started snapping at us while we were shopping the racks

I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had with an employee named Karen. During my visit, she displayed an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. Specifically, she made fun of another young teenager’s English and was rude to me as well. We found her behavior completely unacceptable and felt so uncomfortable that we chose to leave the establishment immediately. I hope this issue is addressed appropriately.

The pharmacist here is going to kill someone over her ego. As a type one diabetic I require insulin to live. I was refused purchase of this life saving drug because I would not answer a random, un-necessary question. One I have been told by my Doctor impossible to answer. At a very busy counter while I was conducting my request by a very pleasant lady, another staff injected herself into a conversation that did not involve her.
