Customer service is lacking. Lambert Glass did faulty install and committed to fixing the issues. Never showed up as promised and stopped communicating. I’ve spoken to the Vice President, Kyle, who suddenly stopped responding to my messages after he failed to honor his commitments.
These people are very nice and professional!! I had to have glass cut for a cabinet and they did a great job making sure i had the right type of glass for displaying glass! Priced very reasonable as well. Thank you guys
I bought some J channel. I went to return it in less than 30 days and they would not take it. It has not been used or damaged and I have a receipt.
Above and beyond absolutely wonderful!!! They are fixing the windows doors and everything today right next to the nail salon and are doing absolutely wonderful!!! Seriously the best guys around!!!!!
