What a wonderful experience! Not only is the office beautiful to look at, every person I came in contact with made me feel welcome, relaxed, and cared for. While I'm not in a hurry to have another root canal, I do know I would be back to see Dr. Lambert and staff without a moments hesitation if the need arises.
As a CEO I am writing this review, both as a patient and as a business professional who deals with customers daily. I am really pleased with Dr. Lambert's work, work ethic, staff like Nicole and front office with Blair. Dr. Lambert's communication skills along with his awesome chairside manner is what other businesses should be striving for in their offices including treatments. Dr lambert is WONDERFUL and his incredible staff He explains everything and makes your experience great. You feel like your at the spa. Called and checked in after doing the work Thank you Dr Lambert and your staff for being the best
The experience for my recent root canal could not have been better. Not only was there no discomfort during the procedure, but nothing afterwards! Dr Lambert communicated everything in the best possible way and made me feel at ease. Other office staff was the same.
