Dr. Lamb has provided outstanding care - always attentive, sensitive and knowledgable - for our pets for over 30 years. He explained clearly and accurately the pathophysiology of their condition/problems to my wife and me (both physicians). He was equally attentive to our childrens' and our emotiona relationship with our pets.
Doesn’t provide paperwork of supposed results of tests or serial numbers of vaccines. Had parvo case, didn’t clean properly, didn’t inform patients. Still took money from patients & offered no follow up.
This awful doctor gave my grandmother 30 bottles of the same shampoo and refused to look into her dog's condition further. He only treated the symptoms, rather than treating the disease. Today, we had to put her dog down. If you want a man who will bleed you dry and refuse to help you, book an appointment with William Lamb.
