Overnight parking given up to 24 hrs of your PU or delivery appointment. Free coffee inside. Restroom. Check in with the guard, they will scan your ID, and send you to the staging area. Walk down to the Shipping/Receiving (don't worry, the guard will supply a details diagram ) and be ready for pallet fee!! I had a fast loading.
It's a difficult at first but once you figure out then an easy place. Drive straight, first shipping office where you can use self check in kiosk is located at door 18, the other kiosks are way in the back of the building by door 1. You have to drive around to get door 1 which is a new building with 3 kiosks and clean restrooms. Once checked in wait for the text to get instructions . Once loaded wait some time to receive another text to sign your documents and then go back to one of the kiosks to print out your bol.
Customer service is horrible!! Got here day late due to blizzard, got here 3:30 AM no trucks, wouldn’t accommodate due to storm!!!
