Wow, if the office people didn't want to be bothered then they should make sure the check in equipment works. Talking down to people is disrespectful no matter who it is. As office workers- you guys are representing your company and should be acting more professional. Update: Its been almost 5 hours and still haven't been loaded. Nobody can call into place without being met with voicemail. I'd personally avoid this place like the plague.
Lots of room. If you’re picking up you need an empty scale ticket which you can get on the free scale on property just roll on, set your brake, go in the shack and click Courtesy Weight. Go to door 18 and check in on the kiosk and give them the ticket. Load times can be quick or they can be hours, no rhyme or reason. But they do have indoor bathrooms and vending so that’s nice.
This is not the facility that's being shown in the pictures provided . 0830 appointment, arrived at 0810. Kiosk check in. I'm one of two trucks on the dock. It's now 1130. Still waiting to be loaded. 0 stars 🌟
