Plenty of parking and easy to maneuver, which makes this a good spot to plan a 10-hour break. Bathrooms are very clean and well-kept . Check-in is at a kiosk, and all communication is done via text, but don’t expect much back-and-forth—there are no direct contact numbers. Do not depend much on GPS. It will end up you at wrong place. Take a fine look at road signs. Unloading depends on appointment time. But last minute forced appointment change can make you wait for 24hrs. Triple check your appointment time with your company or broker or you can end up.like me. Get ready for rudeness too.

Picked up a load that was going to Jessup Maryland , instead got a load that was going to Quincy, Washington . They loaded the wrong load on me and didn’t find out out till the next day and had to come back to get it fixed. I came back on Labor Day to do that and no one is here to fix it. Plus there is no one here to talk to about it. I guess they don’t like talking to there truck drivers who deliver there product. Everything is handled by a computer kiosk and text messaging. Not happy with this process here.
