Mark Lamb is not taking care of his property and has damaged my mothers house again as old trees need to be taken down and recentstorms have went through her garage roof.
I worked with Scott at Lamb Real Estate to address repairs needed on a condo in order to get it sold. Scott was instrumental in getting all the condo owners to address the repairs and protect their investment in the building. I credit him personally for resolving the problem that the building had and he did it as quickly as reasonably could be expected.
