Lamb of God Maternity Home is not like other shelters. It truly feels like a home - cozy, safe, peaceful, and full of care. I went through a lot between 2016-2018. Probably 2 of the worst years of my life. I literally had nothing and no one. It was late 2018; I was pregnant and broken to my core. Utah location: good intention and good idea on paper. Several horrible interactions with management, very judgmental. Safe place for those looking to escape DV, but keep your personal information to yourself. Overall, good for temporary housing and protection from abuse, just don’t share too much about yourself. The management here needs to work on a lot of judgement/communication issues.
