I’ve been going through a custody battle with my ex husband, I retained Joyce to help me and go NO WHERE. She was NEVER in the office. I spent more time on the phone with her secretary than I did with her and every time I called to talk with her I was told she was “on vacation this week”. She completely ignored my wishes when it came to my case, she refused to bring up the actual problems in my case that needed to be addressed. AWFUL! Joyce is nothing more than a used car salesman with a law degree. Over-promised and under-delivered throughout the process. Nearly impossible to get a hold of. Charged me for services I told her I didn’t want/need, then didn’t do the things I asked/needed. Unacceptable from someone you pay thousands to rely on, during an already troubling time (divorce), to then be treated like I’m simply a bill instead of a client and human being. Despicable!
