Purchased a drill bit and drove all the way back to the shop only to find out the drill bit was already bent. Then when tried to return it the guy at the counter wanted me to purchase the replacement drill bit after being screwed over on the first. Also after making the hour long round trip in a snow storm now twice. It is just hard to understand the audacity of them.
