We had a horrible experience with Lamb homes. It’s hard not to be emotional because when you save your entire life to be able to build your forever home and it goes horribly wrong it’s very emotional. The initial problem came with our hardwood floors. We have 12” pine floors and there were up to 1/2” gaps between some of the planks. We completed our custom home build with Lamb Homes in September 2022. If we had the chance for a do over, we would avoid this builder at all costs. We wanted a builder that would walk with us through the entire process. Both Michael and Tanya were friendly and knowledgeable at first, and we felt at ease entrusting them with making our dream home a reality.
