Overall I had a great service experience. The service rep Ann kept me informed during the entire process. It was easy to make an appointment online and service was completed in a timely manner. I felt the $500 price to do a manual regeneration with a computer is an excessive amount. I also feel the $45 shop fee is excessive. The only issue I had was the oil life display was not reset to 100%. I had to do that myself. Other than that, I was happy with my Service experience and would recommend Lamb Chevrolet.
