TERRIBLE!!! Had a drivability issue with our Cadillac and left it with Jared Oconner for repair. I was told it would be a $220 diagnostic fee because the car was out of warranty. The diagnosis would determine the repair needed and cost. I was told they were backed up and it would take a couple of days to look at it. After that I started calling. Definitely recommend checking out Lamb. I bought a car from them after getting some absurd quotes in the Valley. Their staff was great. There was an issue on Cadillac’s side with a rebate and the manager offered to cover the difference out of Lamb’s bottom line to make up for it.
