From the Service advisors to completion I’ve had the best experience I’ve ever had from a dealer. my vehicle is smoother than it was new lol. CASA is the same as most dealerships, shifty finance guys, dont be sold a lease if you dont need one. Dont let them sell you extended warranties they aren't needed and you know your going to get a thousand calls for extended warranties when yours is up for half the cost.
I had a great experience here leasing a new Cadillac Lyriq from Kyle G. Kyle was awesome at communication over text messages as I came from California to pick up this car. I also got a great deal. Thanks all round to everyone at Casa Cadillac for their help.
TERRIBLE!!! Had a drivability issue with our Cadillac and left it with Jared Oconner for repair. I was told it would be a $220 diagnostic fee because the car was out of warranty. The diagnosis would determine the repair needed and cost. I was told they were backed up and it would take a couple of days to look at it. After that I started calling.
