I was going to Dr. Lam for a while and explain to her that I had a thyroid issue basically my whole life I moved from New Jersey to New York so she did all these blood work test more than once and told me I had no issues now after a year and some change of gaining all this unnecessary weight and having more issues I finally switched to Dr. Shahid At the mall and all it took was one appointment and one blood test to find all my issues out and now I’m back on track with the medication I am supposed to be on :-) not to mention ... read more

I loved Dr. lamb when she had her private practice she’s a wonderful dr and so was her staff I was able to call and talk to staff at anytime and they were helpful and pleasant. But now that she’s been with Batavia family medicine I have to find new PCP. The staff (receptionist) are very rude and not helpful. I’ve called multiple times to speak to a nurse never have I once got a nurse in the line and when you leave a message no one calls back. Dr. Lamb always was a caring, thoughtful and personable Doctor. I loved her private practice and her staff. Unfortunately, she joined Batavia Family Medicine. To make an appointment you were on hold for 30+ minutes then if you were lucky to get an appointment you had to wait 1+ hours. The waiting room was small and cramped and the staff was rude and continually acted like they were doing you a favor. When asking a question it's safe to say a shark would be kinder.
