Dennis was so professional and accomplished I felt so much more than just muscle release and relaxation. There was definitely energy movement and release of toxins. Many lingering pains and discomforts are gone or so lessened that I can function normally. I am going to make this a permanent part of my health routine!

Dennis does a great job checking in to see what your needs are. He is also very intentional about everything he does and he provided explanations. It was informative to learn about different muscles and how they work and how they are impacted by our everyday movements. He does things differently than any other massage therapist I have been to and it’s great to have your body moved in ways you wouldn’t usually otherwise. I would highly recommend everyone to try a massage with Dennis.
