James was great when he came out. He was punctual and arrived early. He was extremely thorough, more than he had to be, and it showed with his walk through and troubleshooting. He traced out an entire branch off of a circuit in no time, found my issue, and assisted in coming up with the best solution possible to fix it. The provided diagnostic report of the actual issue was also very thoroughly written, clearly stated the issue, how the problem was found, and addressed some potential solutions to remedy my issue.
