Called this place on 3-5-25, I had a dog who wasn't moving very well at all. I told them the age and what was going on with him. Three call was made at 8:49 in the morning, the receptionist told me she'd see what she could do and she'd call me right back. I still haven't gotten a call from them. They definitely don't care about animals the way they say they do. Wouldn't suggest calling them for anything

I put my puppy hospitalized for three days because she got parvo and was told I’d get a call every morning with updates how she’s doing and the first day didn’t hear nothing from them it’s now the second day and I’m the one trying to call them and see how my dogs doing like what’s the problem?? Called and said they weren’t taking new patients in?! The receptionist was super rude by the way! If i could could give half a star I would for just be thankful they picked up the phone.
