We were ghosted by two AC companies while our upstairs unit was dumping gallons of water onto the bottom floor. Lamar came out almost immediately and helped assess the situation. Hieu was very professional and prompt. He showed up exactly when he said, and was able to get the problem identified and fixed. Great company, great service provider.
Very polite explained questions I had, and professional
The Lamar tech, Derek, arrived early and shoved us the after hour fee. He quickly assesses the problem and came up with a reasonable priced solution. Highly recommend Lamar and Derek.
Absolutely the best experience. Andre was on time and very pleasant and trained me on everything he was doing to help me in the future. It went so well I got the service plan for future basic needs to my HVAC system.
