Terribly rude employees, rude isn’t even the word. Not helpful at all.
The actual nurse is really good but one lady of staff gets on my nerves won’t let you make an appointment when they sent you a letter saying you needed to make one but yet won’t let you make one without telling her the person that signed the letter.
