This place just amazes me, there is the gym for games and they have built all the way around it and made a terrific community center. There are conference rooms, a room with a kitchen, the workout rooms and more. All sorts of events can be handled here and it is always clean and well maintained. The restrooms are clean but can get a little crowded as they are smaller than you expect. There is ample parking and they have an overflow lot to the north. This is a great facility for Lamar and it's residents to have.
Love the gym and weight room.
Had a few events here. It was only $50 for 4 hours, I believe. The main room is large and comes with a kitchen. I believe we told them how many tables and chairs we needed. The kitchen has a sink,stove & fridge plus so much counter space. Plus, a huge center table to get your food, drinks or activities together. We had a baby shower then a funeral dinner.
