Staff has horrible customer service skills. I took my dog in on Friday and never got a check up call to see how he was doing. They charged me $500 to say what was possibly wrong with him and needed to do more test and charge me more money. We had to put him down but since this vet charges over $100, we took him to Big Timbers for $50 and transported him to Lamar animal. One of our Irish Wolfhounds, Tucker, woke with a lot of pain. He had been struggling with back or hip pain and when he was crying, we knew we needed to get him in. His regular vet couldn't see him for five more days, and other vets close by didn't answer or quoted extremely high rates just to be seen. We don't have a ton of funds for our doggies, but we don't want them in pain either! My bulldog mix had become incredibly sick. My normal vet was booked but suggested this vet. While my baby didn’t leave the way we hoped this clinic provided SO MUCH CARE and empathy and compassion. My wife had never had to put a pet to sleep before and they helped one of our saddest moments happen a bit easier. They even took a small mold of my baby girls paw and presented it to us at the end.
