We had easily the best car buying experience ever yesterday. Jayme, the Internet sales manager, was a joy to work with. When we arrived, she introduced us to Andy, our Sales associate, who was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and patient. Even the sales manager, usually just known as the "man behind the curtain", stopped by to chat for a bit. Nelson was a great guy! Excellent Experience! Will Buy From Them Again! I found myself in a situation very upside down in a loan with a car that needed more work. I'd been to seven other dealerships and all told me that they couldn't help me because not only did I need to trade this vehicle in, I needed my payments to be reasonable. Service department was good with routine maintenance, but expensive as all dealers are. Thought that would help if there was ever a problem, WRONG! Honda admitted the problem and paid a portion of the bill. Lamacchia admitted nothing, did work without authorization, then billed the full amount (minus Honda contribution, no Lamacchia discount even though they had worked on the exact failure part a little over a year previously during a $1500 servicing). Avoid them, I will from now on!!!!!!

3 words to summarize Lamacchia Honda . .Rude, arrogant, and greedy!! Had several problems under warranty, dealership denied any problems and kept telling me they were unable to find problems, or issues were still within Honda specs until vehicle was out of warranty (then more than happy to repair problems). I had records of the problems diagnosed but told by service manager that he wouldn't go out of his way to help me get them covered under warranty because I didn't bring my car to them for all my service work.
