Dr. Shoukfeh and her staff are simply excellent! The hygienists are very kind and gentle. I had been neglecting my oral health and finally got the courage to call. My friend had been seeing Dr. Shoukfeh for over 20 years and recommended her highly. She and her assistant were so professional- no judgment. Dr. Shoukfeh reviewed the x-rays and pictures thoroughly with me and gave me my treatment options, and her recommendations. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. We paid a significant amount of money expecting good-quality service, but the results did not justify the cost. I had a crown treatment for that ended up costing me a lot of money (and needed to redo the treatment with a specialist who was so professional), time, and frustration, and I was not happy with the outcome. I agree she really messed up my teeth years ago proclaiming she could do implants and nearly lost most of my teeth. Had to have them replaced by a implant specialist and cost me a lot of money since my insurance had already paid her so ended up like having to pay about 15 grand and she placed 2 crowns on molars that were infected so had to have them removed and root canals done and crowns replaced. It was a horrible time for me and she refused to reimburse me for all the damage she did to my teeth
I love my new new smile! Had invisalign, veneers and dental implants. Dr. Shoukfeh is the best dentist in Lubbock, Texas!
