I can't speak to the Dr herself but her staff was awful. I called to make my appointment as a new patient, they took all my information and I specifically asked if they were in network. They assured me they were, and we made the appointment.....for two months later. My appointment was set for Thursday, on Tuesday at 4:40 pm they called me and said that actually they were out of network and I'd have to pay 50% after a huge out of network deductible was met (essentially it would be all out of pocket). She is the best neurologist in the area.
Dr. AI-Khoury is a very well educated physician who generally cares about her patients. I would recommend anyone who needs an exceptional neurologist to see her. I have been a patient of hers for a few years now and she has been nothing but amazing! Thank you Dr. Al-Khoury for your outstanding care and compassion.
