I am so impressed with Dr. Kin Lam as my family doctor. He is always concise, clear and friendly. His explanation about my blood report is always in layman terms so that I can understood. Incredibly poor communication. The doctor doesn't update documentation in a timely manner, and getting through to anyone on the phone is impossible. We’ve spent weeks on hold for 10+ minutes at a time only to be ignored. Very disappointing experience when you're just trying to manage family healthcare.
