Buyer beware. Went in for a basic watch, bought same. When I got home and looked at the instructions, the manufacturer's suggested list price fell out. It was half the amount I was told and charged (verified online after the fact). Can not recommend nor will I be going back. Live and learn.
Terrible. My wife and I are in the area for our anniversary. I need a new wedding band and wanted a plain platinum band. The pompous lady behind the counter treated me like I was poor because I was wearing a tank top probably. I was also interested in a Rolex as they had the catalog on the counter. I guess this shop can’t afford to stock Rolex, I’ll look elsewhere.
I am singing the praises of LAM Goldsmiths! Len and his assistant Trish are always helpful, professional and will work with you to design your dream piece of jewelry. My mom passed leaving behind some lovely pieces with assorted stones. We worked together to settle on a design using multiple stones in a beautifully delicate white gold ring setting that includes leaves intertwined with the stones. (I am a gardener). They don't want your business! I stopped in to have a watch battery replaced. Unpleasant clerk told me they have "a ton of batteries to do" asked if I had errands to so but couldn't tell me when the watch would be ready. No need to waste time here.
Staff is in capable of changing a watch battery which would take about five minutes wanted me to leave the watch and they would call me in a few days woman that works there is unpleasant
