Dr. Lam and Alyssia were wonderful with walking me through the process of getting me an eye exam and glasses. They were very patient, kind, and efficient. I will be back in the future.
Dr Lam gave me an incorrect prescription that had me go through two pairs of glasses thinking that it's the manufacturer. I eventually ended up getting another prescription from another optometrist that worked (my third pair). I couldn't reach her on the phone printed on the prescription, and in the email exchange she just wrote "the difference between my prescription and the other provider's prescription is truthfully minimal," without trying to understand what had happened. Dr. Lam was so nice and she really took her time making sure my prescription was perfect. The whole staff at this location was great.
