I was very apprehensive about making an appointment due to all of the negative reviews, but went ahead because they were able to get me in so quickly. I’m extremely happy that I did. The entire staff were helpful and friendly. Doctor Lam is thorough and kind. I will be going back for all my dermatology needs.

They have the worst customer service! The doctors rushes you. You have to make an appointment for each individual thing. The doctor clearly doesn’t care about the patients you are just a $.
