Dr Lam is very knowledgeable about skin cancer. She zapped a few precancerous spots and reassured me about other spots that were fine. Very quick,easy appointment
The staff - starting with Makayla on the phone - then to Lupita at the front desk and Gina the MA - you could not find better anywhere. These ladies are absolutely beyond wonderful. Patient, super friendly, truly kind and understanding. This was my 1st visit to Dr. Lam and because of how amazing they were - I've already scheduled my next visit.
I was a patient here for 3-5 years for psoriasis with no insurance, I would go on and the DR would come in less than (no exaggeration) 2 minutes the office visit was over, here is your script for methotrexate that would never work see ya in 6 months, when I 1st started going it was $80 (2015-2019) 3rd to the last visit I was charged $160 and had to go round and round with the lady that my bill is never $160, they cut it down to $100, next visit tries to bill me a higher amount I thought to myself this happened last time i wa... read more
