I feel like this place is a bit rushed for patients and overpriced for the level of care. I've been going here for several years and finally am considering seeking care elsewhere. I have had issues with having my calls returned and scheduling appointments in the past.
They need to work on their customer service. The way they spoke to my wife was absolutely unacceptable and rude without reason. It left her feeling uncomfortable and upset.
Lam dermatology is wonderful! Ivy is my provider. She is always professional and efficient! I always refer people to her because I truly think she is great. The office is run well and tidy as well.
