Dr. Lam had no time to listen what the patient needs. He was to rush to finished what he wanted to say. Front desks were horrible either. Not skills for customer services. Disgust attitude. Especical, Angela, she kept handled up my calls before I finished asking the questions.

Great doctor
My husband tried to make an appointment as a new patient, and the person he spoke to was very rude and horrible. He didn't want to deal with such customer service, so he ended up choosing another PCP instead.
My son has referred me to Dr. Lam’s office. The clinic is clean and well organized. Dr Lam is very competent and knowledgeable. More importantly, is so honest. As this was my first visit to a dentist in 5 years, He has checked and x rayed all my mouth (as per my request). He was so patient in making sure that the crown is comfy and has kept grinding and printing till I felt the crown is so good. The front desk was so helpful and decent.
