I really care and appreciate Doctor Carlos Lam! He cared for my Mother in Law and then my Mom and now me! Doctor Carlos Lam is a great Doctor in my eyes! He take time out to break it down so i can understand how it works! I am Handicap now and after all this time he has remained the same! I love and appreciate his care alot! I would recommend his care to anyone! He is a one of a kind Doctor! He always listen to see what is wrong withmelll and assess how to treat me and i like that!
Awful experience with this office. They don't care about their patients. Don't bother wasting your time here. I will never recommend this place. Left messages for the doctor but he never even bothered to call back. Terrible care.
AMAZING WITH HIS PATIENTS, VERY THOROUGH, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR BUT I MUST SAY HE NEEDS A BIGGER OFFICE FOR THE AMOUNT OF PATIENTS HE HAS SO THAT PEOPLE AREN'T WAITING IN THE HALL WAY, STAIRWELL AND IN THEIR CARS.
Dr Lam is a great doctor. He is very personable and very thorough. He is always available whenever you need him. He takes the time to listen to you when you have questions or concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor.
