I have to say that I was very disappointed in the service. 20 yrs ago I purchased a stool chair for my kid sister. We still have it and many children have used it. I also own several china cabinets and dressers. The products are 5 star but customer service is sad. I visited the store after seeing a need for 3 new chairs stools for my children at Easter. When I arrived 3 gentlemen were at the door chatting (I believe it to be the owner and the 2 younger boys from the commercials). I walked in between them to the back and up 2... read more
