I took my suburban to have the front suspention work that was done at another shop, checked because my vehicle was vering all over the road. I asked that they check the front suspension to try to figure out what was causing the issue. When I picked up my suburban Lalo had replaced the rear suspension and hadn't done anything to fix the issue in the front. The rear end work didn't need to be done nor did I ask for it to be done. I called them for an estimate , I was fixin to spend at least 10K or more . Mario who answered the phone cut me off and said hold on ! I was on hold for over 10 minutes, he never came back on the phone . Too bad for them, I guess business is good and they don’t want my money.
Took my 2014 F150 into Lalo's for a lift, wheels, and tires in June 2025 and wanted to drop a review for Julio and his staff. Julio worked with me on what I wanted to do, even though I changed my mind a couple times during the process. I was able to get exactly what I was after and he even went as far as checking with the lift manufacturer to make sure the wheels I had chosen would fit.
