This guy doesn't deserve a star. He doesn't return calls no matter how many messages you leave. No matter how important they are. His door is locked, even though it says opened from 9-5. Why return emails. He might have to help people then. Don't waste your time calling him. He's a fake. Call someone that returns calls in a timely manner.

Mr. Lalonde has shown a dedication to understanding our case thoroughly. He has asked thoughtful questions and worked in a proactive manner. He is exceptionally clever but also kind. Jamie has never come off as arrogant or stuck up, but instead approached us, and our case, with true compassion.
