Helpful and knowledgable. Tom Lalonde, the owner, went through trouble shooting with us on the phone and when it was obvious more was needed he scheuled for the next day and would have come the same day if it had been an emergency. He works in Golden and the west side of the Denver metro area too.

Answered quick and helped solved our problem. Charged $800 of material for a $200 pump. Will find a new company that isn’t just trying to take advantage of people.
I highly recommend Lalonde. He installed my original furnace. My furnace quit working and I had someone else look at it as a recommendation. The other company said it couldn't be fixed and quoted me 12K for a new furnace. I called Lalonde on a Sunday. He and two employees came to St Mary's to look at my furnace on Monday. In a very short time they fixed my furnace for a few hundred dollars. I've had this furnace that Lalonde installed for 19 years. When the time comes for a new furnace I will use Lalonde.
