Dr. Was informative and caring.
Dr. Lalonde and staff are super efficient. His bedside manners are 5 star. We don't wait long to be seen yet he is very thorough and caring physician.
Review #729 Kind, caring, and reasonable. He just gets it if you are a sports mom with a top tier sports kid, even if your child is young. I have been to a lot of physicians lately and this guy was on point! And on time! I was recommended to many before I found him and we sure lucked out! Plus he is Canadian and his first 3 degrees were at U of T and McGill--two of Canada's top universities. Too bad all doctors aren't like this, but I am learning that orthopedics seems to be the happy medicine profession.
Kind and informative. Great experience. My 2 year old broke his arm last summer and he was wonderful with him. Explained everything and staff and sweet.
