Our salon runs by appointment only, therefore we run and work off our appointment book, if someone is late that causes us to be late for the next appointment and so on. If a client is more than 15 minutes late we have the right to reschedule them in order to give adequate time for the service. I recently separated from the military and moved to Rockford and was hoping to find a decent salon. Please take into consideration I am not picky because I have had military hair cuts in the past.
