As I am getting rid of this 2009 vehicle next month, Steve was great in suggesting that we just do the oil change and not bother with the tire rotation and some of the other things that it was due for. Service advisor Steve is amazing. Doesn’t rush you and definitely hears you out. Very helpful and pleasant. Actually goes over and above. Recently had wife’s Lincoln In for service and Steve did not give up until it was fixed.
