This office needs to hire more staff. For appointments they want to give you a 2 month window. If you tell them you are very sick and need to see a doctor they just referred you over to the ER. I will be changing my doctor with someone who has time for their patients.
Great doctors in this office, its the desk help thats irritating. I have been waiting for them to.refill my fathers meds for 3 weeks. I have been into the office 3x to remind them as of now still nothing!! Very annoying
I have never had as great care when it has come to my health. Until i came to this office. The staff is amazing. Chelsea is fantastic and helps me out so much when i start freaking out over referrals and always gets my questions answered. I absolutely love Dr. Catilyn McAuley. I wouldn't stop seeing her for anything. This office and staff never make you feel uncomfortable judged or stupid. They truly listen and help you through it. Best healthcare team ever.
