We hired Lally Bros Masonry to tuckpoint our building and water seal the coping tiles on the parapet wall. Less than four years later, all the "sealed coping tile joints", up and down the parapet wall are crumbling and we have water intrusion in the wall, which is now causing a portion of the parapet wall to shift, thusly causing the fresh mortar joints to pop out.
