Rude, unkind, very physically harsh. The examination was painful and she didn't listen to a word I said. Please avoid this person at all cost. She should not be in medicine
I didn't have insurance for a few months, so I had no choice but to come to Neighborhood health. Dr. Rambhala was the only doctor with soonest availability. I was thrown off at the beginning, she immediately told me to hold all my questions until she finished talking, and was very rude. It is MY appointment however, and there were some important things I needed to make sure that were addressed. Yet, whenever I would try to interject, she cut me off. Dr. Rambhala performed my colposcopy and endometrial biopsies. I was incredibly anxious and her bedside manner was nothing short of amazing. She helped me keep my mind off of the procedure and relax. I have to say, my anticipation was worse than the actual biopsies! Just a mild period cramp is what it felt like.
