The only good bakery in Monroe. The prices can be steep, but the quality makes them worthwhile. Their sandwiches are excellent too, however the wait times are extremely frustrating. Our last few orders took an hour and a half… and the most recent one two hours. It also seems comical every time to whoever’s making the sandwich that the wait is so long and tells us more time is needed. We had the most amazing experience with this bakery! For my daughter’s birthday, we asked for a custom cake inspired by Sabrina Carpenter, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations.
