Ellie was super professional but also very personable. I got a Brazilian wax and the V treatment today. It was my first time getting waxed down there and she really made me feel super comfortable. She could tell I am a curious person so she graciously explained everything she was doing and even what she was using. If this isn't great customer service then I don't know what is.
