Mufti gaslit me and did not address any of my concerns. Even so my husband stayed with her. He has bi polar and she let his meds lapse because he was in need of a “physical” yet this is something he can’t have a lapse in due to his mental health. Thanks to her he had a very harsh episode and has not regulated. He called her to get the prescription but she did not put it in till days later. I have had the pleasure of being Dr. Mufti’s patient for over 20 years. During this time I have always been very impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I have been very comfortable discussing private matters knowing that she will always provide me with medical advise that will improve my health and my physical wellbeing. I was referred to Dr. Mufti as I was looking for a new PCP. She is wonderful! Kind, caring and knowledgeable. She is available same day if you need her. Very thorough with annual exam; discovered a potassium deficiency and now I feel terrific. Yes, she will call you on the phone if you need her and is presently helping me with a serious health issue that she suspected and sent me for testing to confirm. I'm new to the area and needed to establish care with a new primary care doctor. Most primary care doctors I was trying to book with were fully booked until early 2025; I'm calling in July/August 2024, that's insane. Dr. Mufti's office was the only one I called that was available and in two weeks, score. The office is located in a convenient location; a medical building with plenty of parking.
