I had trouble writing a second review so I deleted my first one. I recently went back to the shop and got 8 stitch cornrow braids. The price that I paid was $220 and that price includes the hair. I felt like I was being overcharged and I mentioned this to the owner of the shop. They explained to me that the hair is included and that this style goes for a higher price normally. Best braiding spot in the 518!
I came here for large knotless box braids. I recommend coming here for braids because it is very easy to communicate with the owner of the shop, her pricing is reasonable, and the work speaks for itself. I have very rough ends and whenever I go to other stylists the rough and usually end up poking out of the braids. But when I got my l hair done from this shop, my ends were were tucked properly and even stayed like that after going swimming a couple of times.
