All that hip, eclectic Texas vibe with big old trees, attractive junkyard decor & edgy art, comfy country house, etc. However, ZERO accommodations for guests with disabilities! The wedding was beautiful, BUT guests using walkers, wheelchairs, strollers, leg braces, canes, crutches - with ANY walking difficulties - should be aware that this outdoor venue is filled with large ROCKS, broken sticks (you'll have to rake it yourself), DANGEROUS stone "steps," and uneven wooden pathways with NO RAMPS. Novel venue, but need to do some practical things to make it better for weddings like fix the following. The steps going down to the wedding spot are rocks of odd heights, and the last one is quite a drop. The mother of the bride fell stepping down. Where they set up the wedding was an incline, so you can't see over the folks in front of you. The chairs they used for the ceremony were dusty and not cleaned and got dirt on everyone's clothes. We had our wedding here this past April, and it was absolutely incredible! It was the first place that we looked at, and we knew immediately it was where we wanted to be for our special day. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the hosts are so friendly and easy to work with. Plenty of vendors are familiar with the space and it’s easy to make into your own. Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting an outdoor wedding with beautiful scenery!!
