The owner Erica is awesome! My mom won a give away that she donated and we went yesterday to do it. She was kind and so fun to be around! The DIY group facial was awesome and I learned a lot about skincare. Highlight recommend coming into Lala & Elm and doing a group class as well!! Thank you Lala & Elm!!

I love shopping at Lala & Elm! Erica, Kim and Sarah are so friendly, knowledgeable and excited to help you find a product that fits your needs and lifestyle. I love that they carry a wide variety of products, for women, men, children and babies, at all price points. The masterclasses are so much fun and the perfect girls night out. Erica will even curate a private masterclass for you and friends! 10/10 recommend!!!

There isn’t enough room to say all of the great things I want to say about Lala & ELM but it has become one of my favorite places to shop. The owner, Erica really cares about all of her customers and works really hard to find products that work for you. She is super passionate about healthy skincare and it shows in every interaction!

Love this store! It is packed with thoughtfully curated items tested by the mother daughter duo owners. They are so incredibly helpful and truly want every customer to love their purchase. I’m not super knowledgeable in skin care and they guided me to the perfect products and routine for ME (which is very simple and not many steps) but you could easily find the holy grail of skincare in there. Highly recommend!

I attended the OGEE event at L&E, and it was wonderful. The event was beautiful and informative, and everyone was so nice. L&E donated all of their proceeds from the event to Sassy's Fund, paws4people, & Paw's Place Dog Rescue. Such a great shop!
