I had a new patient appointment last January and did the x-rays etc. One of the assistants cleans the equipment which is nice but completely forgets to change gloves before touching my mouth. When I asked to change her gloves, she’s like, loading, why does she need to change it. I can taste the cleaning wipes in my mouth. They said they’re caring for the patient’s health. I just moved into the area and came across this office and decided to give it a try. To start off, the staff is consistently welcoming and respectful, creating a comfortable experience from start to finish. Nina, the manager, plays a big role in making sure everything runs smoothly and that patients feel genuinely valued. I had a wonderful experience at Lala Dental! The doctors were very warm and charismatic who did not make me feel uncomfortable at all. The environment was very quiet and peaceful which put me at ease. Before coming, I was emailed some forms to fill out which I accidentally forgot to complete but the kind lady at the front was very understanding and allowed me time to complete it just before I was seated to fulfill my services.
