My father needed a clearance from his cardiologist for cancer removal. HIS OFFICE RESCHEDULED MY FATHER 5 TIMES and then my husband heard from people that work at the hospital that this doctor goes on alcoholic beders someyimes and no one can reach him. How does this man have his liscence? The surgery center recommended another cardiologist who got my dad in right away. We will never go back to this man.
This guys needs to retire and go to rehab he's always drunk, barely ever at his office, he's always canceling clinic and leaves his pateints high and dry Also he smokes cigarettes and reaks of cigarette smoke, what kind of cardiologist smokes cigarettes?!!!!
Dr. Nara has no one he is accountable to, so his diagnosis is never questioned. Get a second and third opinion if you have to, You'll likely get a more accurate and more positive diagnosis.
The staff at this office is not good. You cannot reach anyone. They are open until 6 but their phone systems shutdown at 4? What is that? Also, you try to get through during the hours that the phone system s supposed to be open, NOT. They call and tell you they cannot make your appt and would like to reschedule for the next day, good luck reaching them before that. Never happens. I am about to switch to a new doctor. This is horrible communication. The WORST i have ever experienced.
The staff that matters, who do the calling for results etc., they are totally "absent". 90% of the time there is no return call, my notes in my portal are not answered. You have to go through the staff, if you want to connect with the doctor. For a cardiologist this is totally unacceptable
