I came to the Summit Health Care Regional Center in Show Low, AZ.(a sml town in the mountains). They put me on teleconference with Dr. Mukundan, for neurology consult. This is my 3rd incident of symptoms similar to a TIA. However, nothing in any tests indicates this problem. She had all the appropriate tests done, all normal except UTI. Under her direction, it was determined I have Toxic Metabolic Encephalopathy. I received appropriate Tx, and discharged. Thank you, Dr Mukundan. I wish I could continue health care with you.
She is such a great doctor. impeccable bedside manners, REALLY listens. She took me seriously, did all the testing and then some. I advise anyone who needs a Neurologist that she is possibly the best out there. I saw her through telemedicine while hospitalized. I wish I could track her down besides the Coryell hospital which sadly she only visits twice a month for my follow-up. But if you come across her, you are in great hands.
While this Dr is sweet.. she is clueless about neurology.. I suffered several strokes in 2017 and ended up at CPRegional and she was the treating physician.. after an MRI scan showed how serious my situation was.. she kept smiling and saying Im sorry but don’t know what to do for you and our vascular surgeon is not back in until Monday.. it felt like I was in the twilight zone dealing with her.. she sent me home the same night, where I suffered another mini stroke and I went back the next day, (closest hospital to us) for he... read more
